WARSAW, VA. – The Circuit Court of Richmond County will hear arguments regarding motions in the case of Hunter R. Greenlaw, Jr. v. Northern Neck Electric Cooperative, a lawsuit in which Greenlaw seeks reinstatement to the Cooperative’s Board of Directors.
The event will be open to the public, as are the pleadings in the case. The event will happen in the Richmond County General District Court building, despite the hearing being for a Circuit Court case.

Greenlaw contends the resignation was invalid and promptly rescinded when he discovered the ulterior motives and false information that led to the resignation.
