The Library of Virginia has announced 13 finalists for the People’s Choice Awards.
Winners will be announced at the 27th Annual Virginia Literary Awards Celebration on Sept. 21.
The general public is invited to select the winners. Voting is now open and runs through July 31 at lva.virginia.gov.
