FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will share the results of a corridor study focused on Route 360 in Essex, King and Queen and King William counties at an upcoming community meeting.
This study, called an Arterial Management Plan, can be used by local governments to develop ideas for future transportation projects along Route 360 from the Route 619 intersection in Essex County to the Hanover County line.
Join us to hear the results of the 30-mile study and share feedback on potential future project ideas. An in-person community meeting will be held:

*In the event a backup hearing date is needed for inclement weather, the hearing will be held Wednesday, May 14 at the same time and location.
Stop by anytime between 5-7 p.m. to view displays, provide feedback and discuss questions with VDOT and project staff.
Meeting materials will be posted to the project page on vdot.virginia.gov on May 8, including an online survey.
Work for the Route 360 Arterial Management Plan (AMP) study began in 2024 to identify concepts for potential transportation improvements along the corridor in all three localities. The proposed concepts seek to improve safety while maintaining traffic flow and supporting economic development.
Comments will be accepted starting May 8 through May 23, 2025. Submit comments in person at the meeting, or:
