Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., made a surprise appearance on “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend, poking fun at his loss of familiarity nationally near the end of what could have been his second term as vice president.
While Vice President Kamala Harris joined Maya Rudolph for the show’s opening sequence, Kaine, who on Tuesday is seeking a third term in a contest with Republican Hung Cao, appeared in person as the object of a question on a spoof game show called “What’s That Name?”
