A lawsuit filed by a public school district alleges that a Virginia-based e-learning company manipulated its enrollment numbers in order to qualify for more public tuition dollars. The same company — Stride, Inc. — also teaches thousands of students in Virginia through a program known as Virginia Virtual Academy.
