Hot on the heels of her successful show at TAG, Ann Beverly Eubank will lead a demonstration of watercolor landscape painting. The cost will be $20 per person.

Sip and Slow Stitch – March 20 – 6:30pm – 8:30pm at TAG
Slow stitching is the mindful and creative practice of using simple stitches to improvise designs on fabric. The focus is on the process of creating rather than the product, allowing space for each participant to connect with their innate sense of creativity and intuition. Intro to Plein Air Painting – March 28, 29, 30 – 9am – 4pm at Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge at Cat Point Creek
Noted local plein air painter Cate Kauffman leads a two-day introductory workshop on the skills and practices of plein air painting. The optional third day will be for plein air painting with your new skills. $200 for two days, optional third day free.

Matting and Preparation for Framing – April 10 – 10am – 12:30pm at TAG

Intro to Pastels with Nathan Pope – May 10 – 10am – 1pm at TAG
Participants will experiment with soft pastels and learn about the surfaces on which they can be used. The instructor will explain his steps for beginning a painting, including the underpainting process. $30 to attend.
