The Richmond area could see a “potentially significant to severe winter storm and very cold temps this weekend,” according to the National Weather Service in Wakefield.
The NWS said in its latest briefing that, while uncertainties remain regarding coverage, timing and precipitation type, there’s “high confidence in significant snow accumulations.”
