The Senate Privileges and Elections Committee on Tuesday put off consideration of resolutions to create three constitutional amendments that would enshrine certain rights — one to protect abortion access, one to remove a prohibition on same-sex marriages from the state constitution, and one to automatically restore rights to felons who have served their prison time.
