Republican Senate nominee Hung Cao has agreed to appear in a televised debate with Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., on Oct. 2 at Norfolk State University.
Nexstar Media Group will air the debate, which was one of three that Kaine publicly accepted almost two months ago, days after Cao won the Republican Senate nomination.
