This year’s  Memorial Day ceremony in Tappahannock will be on Monday May 27 at 9am near the Essex County War Memorial in downtown Tappahannock.  The keynote speaker will be Delegate Hillary Pugh Kent.  The ceremony will conclude with a wreath laying followed by the playing of Taps.  Participants are asked to bring their own seating.
