Chairman Joe Heyman of the Urbanna Oyster Festival has announced that a father and son duo, Randy and Stephen Blue will be the Grand Marshals of the 2024 oyster festival.
Heyman said that Randy and Stephen embody the spirit of volunteerism with the recent restoration of the Deltaville Ballpark through the Deltaville Community Association.
Also the Urbanna Oyster Festival Foundation has named longtime boatbuilder and oystermen Bryan Miller of Deltaville – Captain of the 2024 Urbanna Oyster Festival set for Friday and Saturday, November 1st and 2nd.
