The University of Virginia Health System is resuming gender-affirming care for transgender youths after a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order that pauses a directive from President Donald Trump. But Virginia Commonwealth University Health says it is waiting to make a decision.
The Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, which also suspended care, did not respond to a request for comment.
