Rich Anderson, chairman of the Virginia GOP, said Friday he will not seek the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor, following months of speculation.
In an interview on Friday, Anderson said, “I think I had the clearest pathway to the nomination, but my inner voice told me now is not the time.”
