Police in Prince William County arrested Virginia Commonwealth University’s director of athletics for driving under the influence after he crashed a brand new Cadillac into a ditch in Northern Virginia and refused a breathalyzer, according to police records.
The crash occurred on the evening of Thursday, June 5, along a narrow, two-lane roadway in Prince William County.
