Virginia’s K-12 enrollment has plateaued again with 624 fewer students this year and is still about 37,000 students down compared with pre-pandemic figures, a 3% decrease.
The state’s annual enrollment count, which the Virginia Department of Education published Wednesday, counts 1,261,387 public school students in grades K-12.
