A woman who appeared on the MTV reality show “16 and Pregnant” died Saturday in eastern Henrico County.
Autumn Oxley, 27, was found unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Oxley was known as Autumn Crittendon on the fifth season of “16 and Pregnant,” which aired in April 2014.
