FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Thompson Avenue closure at the intersection with Route 30 in the Town of West Point has been rescheduled to begin Monday, March 2, and will remain closed until work is completed on Friday, March 6, weather permitting.
During construction, through traffic will be detoured to Mattaponi Avenue and E. Magnolia Avenue.
Message boards will be posted to alert travelers to the road closure and detour.
