WRIC’s John Bernier retiring after 41 years on TV in Richmond

WRIC Chief Meteorologist John Bernier, a fixture on Richmond televisions for 41 years, is retiring on April 23.

“I’m hanging it up, folks,” Bernier announced during an 8News broadcast Monday.
