Gov. Glenn Youngkin announced a series of maternal health initiatives Tuesday aimed at improving outcomes for mothers and babies across Virginia, including $4 million in proposed budget amendments.
The news conference offered another preview of the budget proposal he will unveil Wednesday for legislators to consider in January and February when they amend the existing two-year spending plan.
