Missteps by a regional power body that threaten sharply higher power bills for Virginians have led Gov. Glenn Youngkin to reassess whether to stay in the 13-state PJM Interconnection power grid.
In a toughly worded speech Monday to a PJM technical conference, Youngkin said the grid operator needs urgent reform.
