Virginia’s government is preparing for this weekend’s incoming snowstorm that is expected to affect the whole state, as more than 12,000 Virginians remained without power on Wednesday afternoon.
The state is still under Youngkin’s emergency directive, so resources are still fully available to deploy. The storm will most likely impact almost the entire state again, the governor said.
