A 2-year-old boy was taken to a local hospital after being shot in the Fan District on Tuesday night, according to Richmond police.
Upon arrival, they were told that the boy had been shot and had already been taken to the hospital by his parents.
Police say his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening. Police are not looking for any suspect at this time.
