A pro-Palestine demonstrator arrested during a protest near Monroe Park on Sept. 13 has been charged with two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer.
Madeline Rotunda, 28, was released on recognizance.
A group called the United Anti-Apartheid Movement took credit for organizing the protest during which Rotunda was arrested.
