Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie reports that 58 year-old Timothy Zinng of the Ottoman area in Lancaster County faces several felony and misdemeanor charges.
Deputies responded to 1067 Level Green Road to a person who was recklessly shooting a firearm across the creek from Yankee Point Marina and Restaurant on Monday.
No one was hurt from the shooting.
It was reported that Zinng was employed at the Yankee Point Marina.
He is currently being held at the Lancaster County Jail and the incident is being investigated.
