The parents of a Spotsylvania third-grader who fired a shot inside a county classroom Monday have been charged with a felony offense.
Ciara Armstead, 36, and Terrence Carroll Jr., 34, are both charged with felony child endangerment, Sheriff’s Maj. Liz Scott said. They are also both charged with a misdemeanor offense of recklessly leaving a loaded, unsecured firearm so as to endanger a child.
