The Richmond Police Department seized two guns at different Richmond Public Schools graduations last week, Police Chief Rick Edwards said during a news conference Friday marking National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
The arrests come a year after the deadly shooting after Huguenot High School’s graduation ceremony at the Altria Theater.
