Winsome Earle-Sears, the Republican candidate for governor, and John Reid, the party’s nominee for lieutenant governor, campaigned together Saturday before a largely Latino audience at Mexican Mariscos El Barco, a restaurant in northern Chesterfield County.
Speaking separately but echoing similar messages, Earle-Sears and Reid emphasized lower taxes, reducing crime, entrepreneurship and education.
Attorney General Jason Miyares, running for reelection, sent a message of support to his GOP counterparts while campaigning Saturday in Smyth County in Southwest Virginia.
