Jill Davis of Fairfields United Methodist Church in Burgess presented a check for $12,800 to Sarah Pope, Executive Director of the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation. This contribution provides new scholarship funds for RCC students living in Northumberland County. Sarah Pope says “The RCC Educational Foundation in honored to receive this generous donation that will benefit many students.” The FMC scholarship contributes to more than 400 awards—totaling over approximately $540,000 that the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation bestows on deserving students each year.
