Author David Baldacci and his wife, Michelle, have pledged $13 million to Virginia Commonwealth University and the Library of Virginia to improve respectful dialogue.
VCU announced the donation last week, less than a month after conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on a college campus in Utah.
