Real Media General Contest Rules
These rules apply to ALL contests conducted by Real Media, Inc. d/b/a WRAR-FM, WNNT-FM unless otherwise set forth in specific contest rules for a particular contest. Particular contest rules will be available at the studios at 156 Prince Street, Tappahannock VA 22560.
Anytime you call the WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM Studios you assume that your call will be broadcast or recorded and you grant us permission to broadcast the call or record it for later broadcast.
As a winner of a WRAR-FM and/or WNNT-FM contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast or internet purposes.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Only 1 winner per household, per contest.

You must be 18 or older to play unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules.
Prizes must be claimed within 60 days, after which prizes are forfeited and become the property of Real Media, Inc.
Prizes must be claimed at the WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM Studios at 156 Prince Street, Tappahannock VA 22560 during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules. The office is closed weekends and holidays. Photo identification is required to claim a prize. Address must match information that you gave during the contest.
Winners grant WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM the right to use his/her name, recorded voice, image and photograph to promote and publicize the contest.
All entries become the property of WRAR-FM; WNNT-FM. Submitted entries cannot be returned. WRAR-FM, WNNT-FM will not be responsible for entries, lost, destroyed, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or undelivered after being mailed, hand delivered, faxed, emailed or placed in a contest entry box.
A loss of telephone connection or cellular signal, that interferes with a contest is not the responsibility of WRAR-FM, WNNT-FM and will end that contestant’s participation.
Any problems with the Internet or email are not WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM responsibility.
To win a prize you must reside within the listening area of WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM as defined at the exclusive discretion of WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM management.
WRAR-FM, WNNT-FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.
All winners of all contests are responsible for all taxes on prize awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax form at the WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM Studios prior to claiming prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.
Winners release WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM, its management, and its employees from any kind of liability from the receipts and/or use of the prizes awarded.
WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM has the right to disqualify any contestant who doesn’t follow above rules or rules for specific contests.
WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. The judges’ decision is always final.
Employees of WRAR-FM/WNNT-FM and Real Media, Inc., their immediate family and contest sponsors and their employees are not eligible to win any contest.
