Erin Strotman, a former nurse at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, is now charged with abusing three newborn babies.
On Monday, Henrico County prosecutors issued a direct indictment charging Strotman with six counts of child abuse and malicious wounding. Prosecutors identified two new victims and added additional charges in connection to the first.
Strotman now faces eight total counts of child abuse and malicious wounding. Collectively, the eight charges carry a maximum penalty of 100 years in prison.
