Abill to tackle junk fees — those hidden charges that surprise consumers when they are given one price but a higher bill — is moving again through the General Assembly.
The same House of Delegates Labor and Commerce panel that derailed the House version of the measure earlier this month decided after a second look — this time at the Senate version — that requiring disclosure of those mandatory fees is a good idea after all.
