Kennedy dropped from Virginia presidential ballot at his request

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. no longer is on the presidential ballot in Virginia.

The Virginia Department of Elections received a letter from Kennedy’s lawyer this week that requested removal of his name from the ballot. The department removed his name administratively, with no action required by the State Board of Elections.
