LL Flooring Holding, the struggling Henrico County-based retailer that has just come off one of the fiercest corporate battles for control in recent years, has filed for bankruptcy.
The Chapter 11 filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware is aimed at giving it breathing space from its creditors while it seeks to sell itself as a going concern, the company said.
