LL Flooring Holding will lay off 419 Richmond-area employees in the wake of the decision to liquidate its business.
The company told the Virginia Employment Commission that it would lay off 300 people at its Bakers Mill Lane headquarters in Henrico County and 119 people at its Sandston distribution center.
The layoffs will take effect Oct. 10, according to the notices it filed with the commission.
