More than half of Virginia’s 131 school divisions have submitted spending plans to the state for Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s new plan to address learning loss, which includes a statewide tutoring initiative.

Youngkin on Wednesday morning toured Louisa County High School and talked with students and school leaders about the work underway to address learning loss through the governor’s plan, which he coined the “ALL In VA” plan.
