Northern Neck Electric Cooperative says about 1,750 members lost power last night in Richmond, Northumberland, and Lancaster Counties. NNEC restoration crews made significant progress overnight and as of 5:30am Friday morning, fewer than 600 members remain. NNEC says power should be restored before the afternoon.
