Northumberland County Sheriff John A. Beauchamp reports that an arrest has been made in the shooting death of 41 year-old, Seth Dutton of Heathsville.
21 year-old Bobby Ray Landman of Lottsburg was arrested at the scene on Cedar Point Road, near Horsehead by Northumberland County Deputies at around 10pm on Friday night, March 29th . Officials report that Dutton died from his injuries at the scene.
Landman is charged with 2nd degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Landman made his first court appearance yesterday in Northumberland County General District Court.
