A passenger on the bus that crashed on Interstate 95 in Stafford County in May is suing the driver and the bus line for $550,000.
Rhonda Wright, a resident of New York, filed her suit last week in Richmond Circuit Court, claiming she suffered “serious and permanent injury” during the wreck.
