According to Northern Neck Electric Cooperative, about 1,440 members across Richmond and Westmoreland Counties lost power due to the severe storms that moved through the area Monday night. Restoration crews are dispatched to the affected areas and had power restored to all members by 6:15am Tuesday morning.
