The nine pro-Palestine protesters who in March chained themselves together and obstructed traffic on Interstate 95 in Richmond will serve jail time and probation, court records show.
Eight of the protesters had pleaded not guilty to charges in connection with the incident, while a ninth person had pleaded no contest.
