Virginia’s mail service continues to improve.

The most recent data tracking delivery of mail shows that first-class mail in the state is now arriving on time 81% of the time. That’s according to the inspector general agency that oversees the U.S. Postal Service.

It’s a 3% increase from the past quarter, data for which was released in August, taking Virginia’s score from a C-plus to a B-minus.
