The Virginia General Assembly on Friday passed the Right to Contraception Act, which aims to codify the right to use and obtain contraception, including condoms, the pill, IUDs and emergency contraceptives.
The measure has passed out of the state legislature before, but this time it’s headed to a governor who’s already said she’d sign it.
