Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., a staunch advocate for mail reform in Virginia, held a briefing Tuesday to discuss the audit of the Richmond Regional Processing and Distribution Center in Sandston.
The U.S. Postal Service Office of the Inspector General conducted the audit. The report noted a few positives, but also identified several problems that included recommendations on how to address them.
