A suspicious situation was resolved without incident early Wednesday at Main Street Centre, the building where the Virginia Lottery is headquartered in Richmond.
Law enforcement and firefighters responded to the building in the 600 block of E. Main Street, and hundreds of employees from multiple state agencies were evacuated, including from the lottery, the Virginia Department of Taxation and the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
