Henrico County Commonwealth’s Attorney Shannon Taylor is leading with her record as prosecutor in her first television ad in the general election campaign against Rep. Rob Wittman. The ad features four of the 13 local sheriffs who have endorsed Taylor’s campaign to unseat Wittman, a former environmental scientist from the Northern Neck who has represented the 1st Congressional District since a special election in 2007.
