Early voting began on Friday in the Richmond area for seats in both chambers of Congress, three proposed amendments to the state constitution and local offices.
All localities will allow in-person voting on two Saturdays (Oct. 24 and Oct. 31) and two Sundays (Oct. 18 and Oct. 25), although the times will vary.
The last day of early, in-person voting is Oct. 31.
