A crash on Interstate 295 left the cab of a tractor trailer hanging off the edge of the Varina-Enon Bridge early Wednesday.
VDOT said all northbound lanes of I-295 are closed at the bridge, which crosses the James River at the border between Henrico and Chesterfield.
