Colonial Penn, a life insurance company that focuses on older Americans, has been soliciting Virginians with misleading advertising, according to a State Corporation Commission Bureau of Insurance review.
The company agreed to revise Virginia ads and to immediately stop using an application form that had been altered but without Bureau of Insurance approval.
