Virginia State Police report a fatality in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash that occurred on Sunday night around 8:10pm in King and Queen County.
The crash occurred on Route 660, 1 mile west of Newtown Road. The 2023 Suzuki motorcycle, operated by 33 year-old Thomas Leverne Ball, jr of Hague ran off the road at a high rate of speed and struck a tree. He died at the scene and was wearing a helmet.
The crash remains under investigation.
